Most of our products are shipped
within 1-2 days of receipt of the customer order. In some
cases, lead-time would be 2-3 weeks. |

a scenario.
There is NO price benefit, when
the development tools are purchased outside India. In fact,
there are a lot services that customers loose when the tools
are purchased outside India.

discounts for all products. Therefore, the product price is
actually cheaper when bought in India
c. Further, technical support will be provided
FREE throughout the warranty period

support for the ordered products ?
YES, technical support services such as installation
& commissioning, training, trouble shooting, repair/replacement
of defective products etc… are provided for all ordered
products. |

4. Are technical support services charged
extra other than the product cost ?
NO, technical support services are FREE during warranty period. |

5. What is the criteria
for availing discounts ?
Discounts are provided for single quantity orders also.
The percentage of discounts increase as the quantity requirement

6. What is the procedure
to be followed for warranty repairs ?
We will only want details such as name of the product,
part number & serial number to process warranty repairs.
While repair charges are FREE, all logistic charges are borne
by Embed Tech. Thus, customer need NOT pay anything. |

7. What is the procedure
to be followed for non-warranty repairs ?
Upon providing details such as name, part number
& serial number of the product, Embed Tech shall inform
the appropriate nominal repair charges to the customer.
The customer will need to pay the repair charges
& associated logistic charges payable at actuals. |

9. How are the tools
licensed ?
Software tools are licensed based
on hard disk serial number. |

10. How can I shift my software license
from one PC to another PC ?
Licenses can be shifted / transferred
from one PC to another PC. Customers are required to just
provide some details such as name, part number & serial
number of the product, along with the new hard disk serial
number of the PC to which, the license transfer is required
to be made. |
