Most of our products are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of the customer order. In some cases, lead-time would be 2-3 weeks.

There is NO price benefit, when the development tools are purchased outside India. In fact, there are a lot services that customers loose when the tools are purchased outside India.

YES, technical support services such as installation & commissioning, training, trouble shooting, repair/replacement of defective products etc… are provided for all ordered products.

Discounts are provided for single quantity orders also. The percentage of discounts increase as the quantity requirement increase. Please contact us for discounts on volume purchases.

We will only want details such as name of the product, part number & serial number to process warranty repairs. While repair charges are FREE, all logistic charges are borne by Embed Tech. Thus, customer need NOT pay anything.

Upon providing details such as name, part number & serial number of the product, Embed Tech shall inform the appropriate nominal repair charges to the customer.

The customer will need to pay the repair charges & associated logistic charges payable at actuals.

Licenses can be shifted / transferred from one PC to another PC. Customers are required to just provide some details such as name, part number & serial number of the product, along with the new hard disk serial number of the PC to which, the license transfer is required to be made.
